We teach the Olympic style of Taekwondo and belong to the World Taekwondo family via the MNA Taekwondo Association of Barbados.
We take our Taekwondo quite seriously, but also have fun! We observe the core tenets of our Art and Sport:

Programme Outline

There is a defined syllabus for Club participants.
(For children, there is additional emphasis on improvement of various skills including coordination, mobility, agility, concentration, etc.)

Participants train in the 5 Areas of Taekwondo
Education in the "Do" or Way of Taekwondo
Progress is by periodic Examination called Gradings
