Our mission is to educate and inspire and help children and adults develop self-defense skills while building self-confidence, coordination and stress management techniques. We provide our students with quality training, leadership, and education to stimulate both mental and physical conditions to enhance the quality of life.

Mr. Henderson Turton
Chief Instructor

Mr. Henderson Turton is an Internationally Certified Dan, and a World Taekwondo Certified International Coach. He is also an IOC Certified Sports Administrator, and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo (Barbados).
